“You Had Me at Sniff!
Understanding Dog-Dog Interactions”
We all have the same questions and worries when two or more dogs are together. Are we being too cautious? Or too careless? Do we just “let them work it out” or try to orchestrate encounters? When is it okay to put two dogs together? What is play and what is not play? What is a suitable playmate? Do size or age differences matter? Join us for some answers!
September 23th 9am – 5pm

Flyball is a relay race for dogs.
Each team has 4 dogs on it. The first dog is released to jump over 4 hurdles, hit a box that launches a tennis ball, carry the tennis ball in their mouth, jump back over the 4 hurdles and the next dog on the team is sent. Fastest team done wins. This is frequently in under 20 seconds.
ACT is usually the location for winter, indoor flyball tournaments. We also offer an Introduction to Flyball class a few times a year. Contact one of the local flyball clubs for more information.
